We had a fantastic Sunday on the 21st September with many visitors to our garden, checking out our bees, and a menagerie of animals.
We had a large number of Grant Braes families, visiting the chicks they hatched prior to the school holidays. Our fantastic College of Education 3rd year students who were helping on the day were kept busy with story time and assisting people with making seed bombs and seed paper.
There were other stations to plant your own sunflower seeds, a colouring in station and a games area where all the games were about bees.
The Ballarook Team brought their dog Bea and her lovely puppies. They were there to talk about the needs of the dogs they breed and all the puppies were loved and cuddled all morning.
A huge thank you to Bryce for taking photos for us on the day.
